This image is an original metal print from Diaja s photographic series We Are Our Ancestors , which was on exhibit at X Gallery from Nov-2018- Jan 2019. She was inspired by the Africa and Oceana Exhibit at the Metropolitan Museum and digitally superimposed the African masks onto each model she photographed.
